Order characters disappeared

It has been several years since I last played and now I installed the game again and noticed all of my order characters has disappeared. All of my destruction characters are still there, some of them have their names taken, but I don't mind that.

You were most likely using a second account, characters and not wiped like that. You would need access to the email address which created that account. You can email me to verify or if you have further questions.

Okay, but I don't have access to some of my old emails anymore. I think I will just do new characters. Thanks for the help anyway!
