UI for everything completely gone

So im dumb and was trying to get my swift assist to work because it refuses to do so properly, during these attempts I thought i should maybe disable ALL other addons to see if maybe there was a bad interaction between the two of them, heres where i F'd it up. I disabled EVERYTHING no UI no bars Nada. I cant even press escape to have the logout menu popup. Has anybody ever been here before? Am I pooched?

Try Shift+Z to toggle UI

It may be too late for this suggestion but, next time setup all your ui the way that you like it. And then create a backup file of the interface and user folders
