New player on destruction side

Hey everyone , just started playing for a couple of days , game is nice , population could see a bit of improvement , but im grinding away at the pvp scenarios, and today found out ppl can ruin your experience by voting surrender , even when in the lead.
This player redacted , besides playing an healer giving no damn about actually healing anyone , just initiates surrendering vote every scenario he is playing, even if leading, pretty sure just to try and make everyone else experience worse.
Now my question is, why does this action not have some kind of cooldown? Why are players giving this kind of power to troll and is there nothing we can do about it?

You need to remove the player name from your post. Name and shame is not allowed.

How is this name and shame? Im stating facts that happend in game, name is provided if devs want to check the actions and give their take on things.

The GM's don't allow any player name to be used in posts / discord in anyway that can be seen as "shaming,calling out " so it's not allowed at all. So just use term "player always imitated surrender" not his in game name. Don't need to like it or agree to the rules, but will need to accept it and "obey" .
To actually answer ur concern however, if someone is intentionally hurting ur experience you can report issue to the same GM''s mentioned prior, keep in mind they will want proof ( video is best ) and you will not know if any action is taken or not.

There is cooldown and threshold/timer to prevent surrender vote to be initiatied until x minute mark (it was either 13.00 or 11.00 in sc timer last time I played but forgot which one). If you are winning, best practice would be to press "no" in that vote and move on.

Adding barriers to Sc's and removing renown from 1vx while also giving zero hope for the farmed party when there is not even Guard Wipe option left... Sounds like good ideas to some i quess lol
I mean adding surrender after all that just gives interesting impression to me.
"How to get crests fast as possible and do no PvP after one wipe because they cant regroup or kill us with guards anymore so there is no risk yey! "
