can't get past character select screen

Hello
I was in Nordenwatch SC with my Mara (Bernael). Got disconnected, whole street had a power cut. Power is back on, tried to log back in and keep getting kicked to the character select screen when I try to get in with Bernael.

in adition he' still showing as being in nordenwatch in the selection screen

Either contact a GM in-game for help on a different character (use .gmlist ingame to see who is online) or
In the load screen, you can still use your chat, even though you can't see it. If you do this correctly, it will port you back to your Book of Binding location:
/stuck -> Press Enter
/stuck -> Press Enter
Yes, you do it twice.

Maybe it will work again when the server did a restart.

Go on Discord and ping Sioding, Wargrimnir, or myself (Emissary) the name of the character you were last on and your faction. If no one takes care of it before I get home tonight I will.

We need a detailed description of how these occurrences are happening, ie in X scenario, the scenario had x amount of time into it or left, what character you were on, timezone, how long it was before you tried logging back in
Every time we find a fix it fixes one thing but we still find another.

Bernael, Marauder, destro
Nordenwatch, about 5 minutes into the sc I discoed, about 12pm gmt I discoed. I tried logging in about an hour later

Exact same issue. Was on Nordenwatch yesterday with my character Dervaniel, Swordmaster, Order. Had 10ish minutes left in scenario when my screen disappeared and program crashed. Stuck on character select logging in about 1hr later.
