[Magus] Firewyrm of Tzeentch

When toying with the career builder, I noticed an uncommon M4 by the magus class: the Firewyrm of Tzeentch. It seems very powerful however I never encountered one in game.
Is it working ?
Has anyone tested it recently ?
Can this M4 in itself turns the tide of a fight by decimating an Order warband ?

You're pretty much answering your own question there. Of course not, or you would see a ton of them.
M4's from masteries are usually too expensive in terms of mastery points for what they are worth. They're mostly worth their cost only in city sieges, forts/keep sieges and ranked SCs, where you have time to gather enough morale and need that morale to create a kill window. In rvr they are not worth it as you rarely got M4 before the fight is over anyways.
