Abilties change when clicked, reset back to previously ssigend abilities

HI all.
So I have 2 problems, I returned to the game and :
A) My abilities keep resetting on my bar for 1 2 and 3 after a few seconds after pulling the abilities of or trying to change them.
B) single abilities change when clicked. (example: I hit "follow me lead" and it auto changes to another ability which I have no control over, only that button.
