Launch error

Hello guys
I need your help
I wanted to play the game but I can’t download the normal Gamer Sever patch. I will always get the error archiveasset art962cf11b46a35542 4023b1ee
Then I read here stuff I tried.
First was a restart.
Then I tried the repair button. Everything was checked .
Afterwards i tried the test server. Game starts, and I can't log in to darkwald (but hey just a testserver) going back to production server, and the launcher tried to download stuff again, and then the error appears again.
I have Windows PC, and I dont know where the mistake is.
