Long time PvP / RvR player seeing a guild

My experience with online PvP started with the launch of UO way back when. Then the launch of DAOC (dominated on the Nimue - Hibernia server), Reckoning, Guildwars (still the best strategy PvP ever IMHO), and currently still playing WvW in Guildwars 2.
Just looking for a reasonably organized but chill guild that uses voice com, specific builds (team comp), class synergy, set raiding / playing schedule and call outs. Essentially looking for team players that use voice com, have been there done that (no drama) and just want to have a fun time while having a good time.
America - West Coast - PST time zone.
Have a 30ish Dok and 21 Shaman
