1-2sec delays

For some weird reason game today work for me with 1-2sec delays. Even launcher works very slowly. Nothing changed from my side, game was working pretty smootly in term of conection. Issue with server?

A few disconnects today. But not this issues.

And they are back. Same time before city. Less but still 1 sec delay. WTF is hapening?
