Character restoration

Like 1 year ago or less i had few characters on destro side.I was delete them.Few month ago i came back.Now im playing only order toons.
I have question:any possibility to resore that characters.Would be nice to restore even one of them.But if you can restore few.I will be happy.
Names:Samurai,73 rr,Disciple of Khaine.Leader of 27-28 lvl guild 'Bushido".I want this guild back please if this is possible.I was delete leader of guild so no guild for me anymore.
Also i had few alts:Orthodox,shaman,like 70 rr or so.And Orthodoxia,magus,like 58-60rr.
Most of all i want to restore Samurai with his guild leadeship.Others toons are minor.
