Explorer Sets Wiki Page

After some searching I finally found the 4 items for the first 2 Explorer pieces, and now I've been looking for more - one thing I ran into was Decasor En'trio offering a quest and upgrade items for an Explorer Ring. Did the quest, got the upgrade item, but now I have no clue where to find the original ring to upgrade. I'm a horrible completionist so I'd love to go through this, but googling finds... well, absolutely nothing. Should we open a wiki page for this?
