I tried to change the gender of my character because I find the appearance better on the IB in female.

Is there a command that allows us to go back on the choice of the gender of the character?
A command similar to /namechange

If no existing, do you think it is possible to have it?

Unfortunately, we don't have this option. I remember that in a live dev video they mentioned that this was easy to include, but that at that moment it wasn't something they were working on. I don't think it's very complicated, but it also requires time and someone dedicated to it.

I don't think we'll have this feature any time soon.

wasn't there an April Fool's where they switched everyone?

I switched my kotbs from male to female on dev through the command and it turned my kotbs into a She-Hulk like character .... I am never changing her back, however I can only use it on Dev

No, you can't change character's gender, if it was made male it will always remain male. If you want a female character, you will need to create a new female character.
