Return of Reckoning

I logged off during a scenario and now I can't log back in. It loads up the character selection but when I hit play it puts me in a loading screen and eventually sends me back to character creation. It does this for not only the character in the scenario but all the characters of my account Destruction and Order. I am unable to play the game. Please help. The character this first happened on is Arogara.

Try typing (enter) /stuck (enter), (enter) /stuck (enter) on the load screen, it usually puts you back to chapter1.

I tried multiple times earlier after reading the other posts and it did nothing for me

I just started playing and I’m facing the same issue. Is there a fix for this, anyone?
