Return of Reckoning

Hello, for some reason the game freezes for like 5 to 10 secounds when i mouse over NPCs or other players but NOT when i mouse over myself and i have not found it doing this from anything else then mousing over NPCs.

I have tried to reinstall the game and i have also tried to repair the game from the RORlauncher you log on the game from but this has not helped, i have also tried to create a new character just to experiment and see if that would work which it did not, please help.

I can't say what the issue is but the clip you tried to share is located at your computer and we won't be able to see it. Upload it to YouTube or something and share the link.
