Return of Reckoning

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced something similar?

My game crashed while I had two characters inside scenarios—one at the "Old Dwarven Road" and another in "Mourkan Temple." Normally, logging off in a scenario or dealing with a crash has never caused any issues for me. However, now I can't join the game with those characters. I can log in with other characters just fine, but when I try to log into the ones inside the scenarios, I get stuck at the loading screen and then it just returns me to the character selection screen.

Does anyone know how to solve this? Or are my characters lost forever?

You can try to type /stuck twice, when you're in the loading screen. Should teleport you to your toons starting area.

Thank you for your reply. The issue is that I can't access the character at all. I can't get into the scenario. When I select a character from the character selection screen, I get a loading screen as if the character is inside the scenario, but after a while, it just returns me back to the character selection screen. I don't even get the chance to reach the character or have control to type anything.

I have the same problem, but not only in scenarios. One BW in Howling Gorge, one WL in Altdorf. Can't access either character, both take me back to the character selection screen after an uncommonly long loading screen.

The loading screen just covers the UI, what they're saying is if you type /stuck whilst on the loading screen there's a good chance it will actually enter it into the chat box.

It's the same reason that there is a window your character can mount up whilst loading into a zone.

Just tried reinstalling but that didn't work either.

Try again - and please do me a favor. Next time you have these problem please use the ingame appeal function. Hit the question mark and create a GM Appeal. They work and we are way faster responding to them instead of responding to forum entries.
