[Fort mechanic] The Maw

Hello,

As I promised Natherul we would collect some feedback about the new fortress mechanic:

Stats:
The Maw attack
Order side: full
Destro side: 25
Killspeed of lord: roughly same time as reaching M4 without pump

We tried in our empire warband to have two tanks assigned with Menance equiped, one assigned to tank the Main fortress lord in lord's room to the eastwall
One knight assigned as offtank on the Flamer add after lord reaches 90%.

Despite screaming in region chat to let the rest of the realm not taunt or challenge, the bosses constantly ended up stacked as tanks want contribution for tanking
The mechanic was "failed" but with very little impact in terms of damage tanken or killspeed despite the two bosses being on top of eachother.

Order ended up doing the fortress despite the mechanic not exactly being performed, even if we tried to control the fight and had prepaired for it then the fact that any random tank on the realm taunting or challenging will make the boss run off.

Some suggestions:
- Make the bosses immune to taunt/challenge.. But +aggro attacks, guard aggro transer, menance etc should work for tanking the bosses.
- Make it so the Flamer is having an aura that make the main Fortress lord 99%damage mitigation when too close to him to make sure the mechanic is performed correctly.
- Does something happen if the flamer dies first? :D Maybe soft enrage on boss, and new flamer spawns, and soft enrages can stack?

Thank you. While I might not make comments on all threads / replies, know that I read all and I am reading these in particular for feedback to do adjustments.

If mechanic was bypassed then yes something like this might be added. When doing it the idea was that the damage would be punishing enough but that does not seem to be the case and just bumping the damage further would possibly just result in oneshots.

The extra target here should have so much HP that it would be a deterrent on its own, that was the design idea anyway. Technically if it was done then the mechanic would stop being an issue right now. If this is something that would happen then we'd do something about it I think.
