Casual player looking for guild

Hey,
I'm only 5 levels away from a level 40 Witch Hunter at the time of this post, so I thought I might ask if there are any guilds that would be recommended for a sort of new player. I've looked around, but I'm kind of unsure of which guild to go for. I'm pretty casual, I take part in RvR but am not always ready to hop on and fight, nor do I have a meta build. So, should I keep looking, or should I start my own guild.
