Purple seed disappeared - SS inside

Hi everyone,
i recently got my purple seed for Pale Serissa disappearing from my inventory. I had inventory full, talked to a gm but nothing he can do about it, they are investigating the bug (wich is well know apparently) but cant replicate it. Just making this post so the other one that are losing this valuable and incredibly rare to find material can share how it happen, maybe we can help them find a solution.
edit: for some reason i cant attach the jpg, can send it in pm if needed for investigation

Good luck with that, I've had two purple seeds vanish on me after a random server crash. Was told to pack sand. They don't really seem to care.

We definitely do care about disappearing items, but unfortunately simply do not have the resources currently to be able to track and properly confirm lost items to bugs or other circumstances, and our only fair option is to have a no-refund policy.
We are already working on a new system that would allow us to see into previously owned items, once that is complete, hopefully we can change that.

i don't wanna complain and i can understand that most of the case is the way to go. I'm not saying tomorrow or this month but if i have like hundreds of dust of that specific liniments and a ss proving i had it in my inventory ( i was sending it to all friends i'm playing with when found it
) it should be pretty easly to confirm i had the seeds
but anyway i guess ill take the loss and wait for the new system . thank you anyway

This is a known bug that has existed for a long time. When the seed is planted it disappears from the inventory, when it is harvested it reappears in the inventory. At this moment it can happen that the seed disappears permanently because the individual slots in the inventory are buggy.

i feel like what happen was that i had inventory full and crashed, so the game didnt know where to put the seed. if it can help solve the bug for the future

It happens if your inventory is full, the seed moves into the overflow backback - which does not get restored after relogging/crashing. Happened to me on BW too with the wounds/magiccrit seed
imagine my rage when i realised people were looting stuff that I autorolled...

Sometimes the individual slots in the backpack are buggy. The programming is designed to always place items in the first free slot in the inventory. If this slot is buggy (is shown as occupied even though it is empty), the seed can still disappear even though there is still enough space in the backpack.
