Cant join

I am not entierly sure whats wrong. I downloaded everything like the guide says. made sure the files are not read only. But for some reason once I launch the game and I am at the main menu I get not join button or anything to into a server or create a character

Sorry to hear you are having issues with joining Return of Reckoning 
It sounds like you might be having a rare connection issue, which prevents you from advancing that screen.
Is it possible that you try joining our services using a VPN, to see if that works?
