Return of Reckoning

So I'm just returning and forgot how much I really loved the genre and lore. Anyway I used to play on the RP servers before they died and there was a load of cool RP addons including ones that autotranslated whatever you typed to dwarf speak, is that still around? Also is there a guide to how to actually install the addons?
