Return of Reckoning

Order managed to lock DW shortly before the server went offline for patch today. Apparently, it seems that loot bags won from the lock didn't appear in mail after server went back online - yet the specific bag roll bonus was consumed and reset (in my case for gold bag).

Any way to remedy this?
