Hello all,
We want to address the lag and disconnection issues many players experienced yesterday. Our team immediately started an investigation and found that all of our physical hardware, including CPUs, RAM, and bandwidth, were functioning within expected parameters. Game Server Regions performance reports also confirmed that CPU timing budgets were being met.
However, our monitoring programs detected availability issues with some of our services, falsely indicating they were offline.
After raising a ticket with our provider, OVH, they identified problems with one of our physical server hosts. We are scheduling the necessary maintenance to coincide with our next patch, which will involve some downtime.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
