Return of Reckoning

I just recently downloaded the game. Installation was fine, but when I start the launcher, it crashes before downloading any update. I've reached out to members on discord, but haven't seen a solution so far (thank you for all the advice, not stepping on toes, just throwing this out there in case somene else has found a solution). If anyone else has had this problem or might have a solution, please let me know.

Launcher does load, but it also crashes right after.
