Yes, there is such a problem, but not all enemy players have it. I get the impression that a lot of people started pumping up critical damage reduction because some of them still have juicy damage numbers hanging around.
My sorcerer has a 75% critical strike chance and a 240 damage bonus

Prozorah, I advise you to invest as much as possible in your critical strike chance. I ran with 270 magic power and now at 240: the difference in damage is minimal, I see no reason to overclock this parameter.

This is not a craft theory problem. I play like this every day, yesterday I connected my character to this damage more than part 2.

We are one of the last teams to play 6, 8 max in RvR spe range kitting.
