Return of Reckoning

Hello Y'all,
As much as I would love to join the nostalgia train, I have been denied.
I can load the game up from the launcher fine, although I have nothing to indicate I can create a character or choose a server. Just credits, options and so forth, I can't seem to find any actual fixes on the technical page either. Any ideas?
I have done the usual bits and bobs, moving locations, restarting system, re-downloading (Both direct and torrent (Currently sticking with torrented version)) all to no avail.

Any ideas ladies and gentlemen?

Right click on client folder and remove mark "Only for reading" if not help then add folder in exclusion of antivirus.

Already done that mate, but thank you for the reply - I have done all the other fixes I know about but seems like none of them are working. This issue seems to be quite common actually but know clear fix, has a very scattergun approach to it :')

You know when I remove client to another PC I do it about 5 times again and again and on 5th try it's work Antivirus can delete some files switch off befor you dont add in exclusion. And try close torrent.

Antivirus dont like WAR at all

Anti-virus disabled, uTorrent closed, moved the folder and launched again - It is still having a fit at me, just my luck - I find a game I REALLY want to play and the computer decides it wants to play the village idiot. -.-

Try again do all thing things with new client it's madness but it will work some day)

I'll redownload the client and have a fiddle around. Eventually it might decide it wants to work - Which would be nice!
