i dont know if anyone is aware and i really don't have the energy to search the whole forum for it but since the nerfed button fix when you switch a skill in your hotbar in combat there is a 3-4 sec cooldown trigger for all skills. however in my case as a wp i can spam divine light (60sec cd) by keep swapping skills and just spam the cd.

Surely you will file a bug report on this using the Bug Track instead of exploiting it, right?

I could replicate this and yes it does visually reset the cooldown all abilities on your bar.

But at least in my case it is just a visual glitch and abilities do not actually activate or have an effect even though the animation goes though.

So all in all, it seems to be only a visual glitch.

it's not. sometimes it doesn't work but mostly it does...
try testing it with martyr's blessing

I tried with Martyr's Blessing too today, it's still only a visual bug on my end as your Martyr's Blessing won't actually work, nor healing, nor RF drain or even the channel going through.

I recommend recording a footage about this if that is not your experience.
