Took some digging, but found it eventually! Its very decent, far better than CnT ones

Groumf's parcer doesn't include the healing provided by the hammer, but if it's equivalent to the conqueror's proc it's a very important healing.

I was wondering if it procs too often tho, as dont u get the healing only if you dont have the buff running already (like in that WE fight in tala in my clip its constatly on)
