Return of Reckoning

Like the title says, my friend and I can't find the dude called Gonfalon who's supposedly on a "crest near the dark elf corsair galley." Does this guy actually exist, or is the quest bugged?

nvm his character model is a banner, not an actual dark elf

Don't worry, I'm an idiot too. I thought it was a Dark Elf's name, turns out:

noun
a banner or pennant, especially one with streamers, hung from a crossbar.

In all of our defenses, they did capitalize gonafalon in the quest text. Really makes it seem like a name.
