Return of Reckoning

Hello, I restart the game and I have a problem, my interface does not save, each time I connect I have to redo everything except the binds. I launch the game as administrator. The game files are read only and when I uncheck this option comes back on its own. I checked the permissions in the security tab of the file normally I should be able to modify but nothing happens.
