[Scenarios]
- Fixed an issue causing the scenario manager to break completely
- Hopefully fixed an issue which resulted in the same player being considered multiple times for entry into the same scenario
[World]
- Removed the "Image"-NPC in the Destruction capital city to prevent people killing the auctioneers.
