Too slow

Hello
When I start playing, I get this written and indeed the game is slow , unplayable .
What should I do?

but up until yesterday night everything worked properly , it was not as slow as now .

I upgraded to windows 10 after installing RoR - It works Ok (some clunkiness if I tab back to desktop). Most of the issues I had were solved by running WAR.exe as a legacy Win7 app.
War always ran flawlessly (the client... not the numerous game bugs) in windows 7 for me.

I'm back. I changed the launcher and is distributed smoothly. Thanks for the help
