Forum search brings up an older thread asking to lower bank slot costs so I assume it is, but has anything changed due to exploits etc...?

Guild Bank is working or not? It would be nice to see lower prices for the purchase of cells

Guild banker won't talk to you, going to assume this is because of dupe, or just not implemented yet.

Also you can just make a mule character(s) and bank all your stuff on them, when you start running out of space.
