Please tell me what the problem is. Everything was fine, after the last patch I entered the game. And now the Launcher constantly reloads files and displays this error. After a restart everything starts all over again.

-Make sure everything is whitelisted on your AV/Firewall
-Make sure the entire folder is not read-only
-Check if your .NET framework install is working or reinstall it

If nothing works try with the PTS launcher which doesnt use .NET framework:
