nope, Fiercness stacked with Vanq & Triumph procc for Slayer since for ever giving em a tons of xtra WS and armor pen and so boosting there dps. That is no longer the case.

So it was a bug, not a nerf.

Dev said everytime someone was requesting:
-Weapon proc work as ability
-Set bonus proc work as ability
-Order for stack is Ability - Tactic - Morale
-Every dual ability stack is a bug( whatever their named the same or not ) and must be reported.

Same has changed for every tank Bloodlord set bonus doesn't stack with Weapon proc anymore.

So Slayer must have less Parry to striketrough.

I said it was fixed, still works clearly as a nerf since Slayer dps was nerfed quite alot with it being fixed. And u see it on WB slayer dmg output clearly

I get the range nerf on Rift/Magnet, but the cast time was too much. It makes it almost impossible to use in an offensive way now so now it is simply a choke-point puller. Boring.

Also, nobody counter-plays Rift/Magnet with interrupts/etc anyway because only time there is "counterplay" is in small groups/SC and people rarely use Rift there there are generally better abilities you could use instead.

Meanwhile, in zerg play (which is where Rift/Magnet gets use), there is too much going on to notice the subtle animations so any interrupt there is on accident from all the AOE flying around.

Maybe use close quaters? If it isnt viable then i agree, shorten casttime

Theoretically btw can use M2 Focused Mind for it, no melee range need in this case.

Or just revert it back to 1s. Why double nerf it? The range has been reduced and it is not instant. Why the 2s cast? It's deep in the utility tree and you have to give something up to get it. It doesn't do damage either.

Choppas didn't receive a double nerf. Pull was reduced by 10ft but movement speed boost while channeling stayed. That was not in 1.4.8.

Create a "Feedback: Patch Notes 22/12/2023" under General - bring up some good proposals under Balance Proposal. I don't say your discussion isn't important but its hard to react on other patch problems when the thread is filled with theory crafting and explanations why whatever is not really comparable to this or that - topped off by personal animosities.
If players can't talk about patchnotes in Changelogs threads, you should simply lock the posts to prevent any answer from start :|
