Return of Reckoning

Some Twilight's Tide rings are BiS for jewelry, like Ruby Annulus or Platinum annulus, of course depending on class, build etc.
Possibility to craft them should be back without having to wait 1 year for next event, or they should have a timer like all event items giving stats. They are way better than gear available through PvP or PvE. Yes they can be traded, but only a very limited number exist, putting a lucky few at an advantage for 1 year. Missing events should not give penalty on the competitive side, at least no for so long.

I still think its still debatable. set bonuses from jewel sets definitely can even things out a bit to where its not a huge difference.

Pie crafting should be permanent, ring crafting, those pirate treasure hunt quests.
