only 380/4s regem.....i let you guess why i use 3regen ring??not for regen ,,i need reducamor pen ..wh hit me 100-200+ right? and you cant heal self,,and i have parry and absorb 。 soo i look like regen build,,you play wh and dont know wh Weakness point。

They have the potential for it aswell to some extent, afaik the main issue on WH compared to WE is that you have to choose between knockdown and healdebuff if going down that route. End of the day you can build a decent setup to bitch people around with just dots and procs if you want, but your day is ruined if any healer is involved. Burst also significantly lower than WE thanks to channel only proccing bullets twice, you're not gonna see that potential 2,5k 3 sec burst you see with even a naked WE, but sustained DPS is decent enough. Anyways, armorpen stuff is just more feasible to exploit on WH due to tree structure, but you still run a significant amount of low mitigation damage no matter what.

This is a regen tank. I mean it's not a derogatory term or anything my man, but it is what it is. If you've got seven pieces of regen slotted regardless of them being a side hustle for other gains, you still end up as a regen tank.

In general, I also agree, 3 rings def 2h sword, 3, I think that this is still a regen assembly)
simply because for some reason off sets give regeneration (this simply shouldn’t happen) we have every 2h tank with 600+ tafna but talismans on page
I really think that we need to reconsider these items, and remove regeneration from warlord and off sov, and move them to def sov, and also reconsider the amount of stamina on items, if it is off sov, it should give a chance of critical damage, melee power, or punching a parry, but off sov on this server is more like a full def

Wh Regen is based off spirit damage, so spirit resistance and tough is best way to mitigate wh heal, if you parry executions (gun attacks) we don't proc bullets so don't heal. Armour has nothing to do with out regen.
