Leading order pug is too painful. Too many rDPS which immediately run away. Everybody else with this rdps mentality afraid to charge.

Yeah, you can make 2/2/2 pugbands and decide which classes you want in.

I led pugbands for two months almost every night during NA. Leveled my SL from Redeye to Sov like this. There are under performing pug players, yes, but there are no bad pug players - only bad leaders.

dont invite rdps then. let the group auto fill then look for mdps to replace rdps

I think the reason this domination happens isn't the lack of pug leaders, but lack of guilds. Even a well organized Pug Group with Discord is unlikely to be able to contend against Big Inc or a Jempire Guild Warband, and will get farmed, resulting in people quitting again.

There are pugs every now and then during these times, and that is exactly what happens. Warband gathers up, gets destroyed, disbands.

Ahh, u can challenge Jempire/Big Inc with a 2/2/2 pugband. They don't roster a full 24 WB with guildies only.

Its better than no 2/2/2 pugband at all. Guild WBs are great, but numbers still matter in oRvR. We got 60% Destro last night during Big Inc, then 55% Order during Jempire, because all the ppl that don't/can't lead will not log the faction there is nothing to join on.
