Compensation problem

Hello,
I received the compensation package with both chars I played during the rollback time all good got everything.
The problem is I logged in on another char the day I collected compensation on my shadow warrior.
First I logged on my warrior priest which I played the weeks after rollback and collected like 2k crests during that time she had a base of like 300, after I got bags from mail I checked inventory to look how much crests I got now and I saw that the 2k crests dropped to like 60.
So I figure it's a bug or something.
I read a post here about vanishing crests but the to said it was a visual bug, Tryed relogging on wp and also /rel command the crests are still missing so no visual bug.

Tryed to contact gms and devs via discord.

Try moving the crests inside the currency bag to resolve visual bug
