Unavailable Name

Hello Everyone,
Hoping someone can give me some guidance on this.
I haven't logged in for a long time on my old character Calahad.
He has lost naming rights which I think is normal, as a result of not logging in for a long time, but I'm unable to reclaim Calahad.
When I check the armory, the only other person with that name has also lost their naming rights. My character in the screenshot below is the Swordmaster.

What should I do to try and resolve things?
