Lost War Crests Help 10/15/2023

Hello,
My character name is Bankrupt.
I Logged in mid afternoon on the 15th, logged out shortly after a siege. I had 583 Crests.
Log back in several minutes ago and they gave the compensation for the 1 week roll back, okay cool (didnt get back nearly what i had earned, whatever, thanks for trying though) I go to my bags to see my new total.. and I now have in my bags just the compensation they gave back.
Is there anyway a GM can look into this? Its really frustrating being in the Dominator gears, and getting rolled back and then losing crests to top it off, I just cant get out of the being totally ganked and ungeared stage
