Anyone know if parry from Eagles Flight stack with parry proc from Crimsonwinds Reacionary?

I just went in game and tested it. Apparently no, but you can get additional boost from WS procs which do stack.

They should not stack because they are both from an ability source. Only the most powerful instance from each source can stack: Ability, Tactic, Morale, and Career Mechanic (there are some rare instances where this rule does not stand).

Yeah, doesn't stack.
You still get the disrupt/dodge, and the 10% parry when EF is not active, which means you can use other 2nd stance abilities and just use WoDS for defense.

Crimsonwind is still the best bet you can get on a SM, being small scale or WB play. SInce you wont have any decent defenses increase outside of WoDS (wich prevents you to do anything else anyway), you need Reactionary proc to be up at any time.
