Been grinding on my Shaman and I'm about to reach rr78 to equip the SoV Jewelry in slot 4. (Healing)

Question is: What should I fill the other 3 jewelry slots with?

3 Genesis? That's what I currently have.

Sent ring + Gunbad diamond + Sov ring and you can either use a event ring or the hunters vale ring.

Or you know.. just sov+sent+2xGen.. in case you don't want to splash out 2.5k gold for an item only needed in ranked.

That is a really good baseline IMO, 2xgenesis+sent+sov. If you can afford, then in small scale pvp exq. gunbad diamond is good. Also the emerald annuluses are good for their heal crit.

As a long time goal you can go 6 sov 3 triumphant with triumphant ring and then either add 2 genesis ring or whatever you can get.
In the meantime, sent ring plus 2 genesis is the next best and affordable choice.
