Return of Reckoning

I dl the full dl from your recent link, not the Torrent.

I unzipped to downloads.

I place the reckingfolder to
my 2nd drive

d: games

I remove. the launcher and replace it with the linked version.

then I start it

no matter howany tea I do this there are 176k of downloadable material.

I read if it's at 70k or 170k it's wrong

The Launcher is in the same folder as the other files? You started the Launcher right out of this folder without any shortcut?
If you haven't read it yet, my install guide is in my signature.
