[SLAYER] Looking for Versatile Build.

Hello All,
I plan on using SC, and RvR for leveling. I'm looking for a versatile build that I can use to accomplish this. I'd like to be able to just switch Tactics and maybe from Dual Wield to 2HD if necessary to be able to switch from smaller to larger scale PvP. Is there a build that will handle this?
I'd like to know the Build, Gear, Renown, and Talismans if possible please.
