Return of Reckoning

Hello,

I obtained two pieces of the ruin set after completing some pq, wich suited perfectly my disciple of Khaine. But when I equipped them, i did not gained the two pieces bonus. Being new on the game, I told myself that maybe you had to unlock the bonuses, but this morning I heard that there was a merchant in the Inevitable City that was selling the whole set. I bought the 3 remaining pieces and now I have the bonus for having 3 pieces (while having the 5 pieces). So I think that there is a problem with the two pieces I looted during pq.

Is there a way to fix that ?
