Missing items and skills

Character Scyn, Sorceress on Destro. When I logged in recently all my skill bars were empty all my bags are empty, mount gone any type of tokens ingredients etc. All my gold is still there however everytime i log in my skills have disappeared again, I attempted to repair and update all patches as I thought it may have been a visual bug to no avail.

Still no assistance, I did find that if I obtain and item and move it through every bag slot the invisible items will re-appear however when I log out or dc everything is blank once again when I relog making it basically unplayable has anyone else had this issue and how can I fix this.

The settings of the character maybe messed.
Try go to Return of Reckoning folder, user, settings, Martyrs Square, make copy of all folders inside to another location,
then remove all of them,
login, login the sorc character, its user interface will be created again.
See it is back to normal.
