Dead character/lost items

the forces of order
level 39 BW
2 days ago, after war report from gunbad to CW, i was killed in RvR.
abilities not active. lost all items from bags, lost jewelry, belt back.
Can be revived, but each time after log in it dead again.
No rewards from kills.
Cleared cache. fixed launcher -all the same.
Other chars - all good.
