Return of Reckoning

Hello,

Since many time I have a strange issue with addons that display informations arount characters:
- group icons
- target ring
- pure
- buffhead
- teather

etc etc

They are all displayed way too high :



I have looked everywhere (even client restart) I can without being able to find the source of the issue. Disabling addons one by one didn't helped. It seems this is due to an addon which modify a setting when installed and this setting become persistent, whatever I'm using the addon or not.
Or maybe this is an interface scaling bug (my interface is scaled down by 25%)

Did anyone faced such an issue ?

Does this happen on non-mounted characters as well? Mounted characters always have issues as the invisible point that the UI system uses to attach UI elements to is way above the character when mounted.

Yes it happens to unmounted characters too.
