Problem with game launcher

Hello, i dawnload game, placed launcher and... at start i have something like that:

anyone can help me, what i need to do?

ok im fighting with it, i have progress but my great ideas are ending,
how i can move forward?

Wyglada na to, ze jedziesz na starym kliencie z live - niektorym nie dziala z jakiegos powodu.
Sprobuj odznaczyc tylko-do-odczytu na caly folder, dodac wyjatki w firewallu Windowsowym i wylaczyc Avire czy jakiegokolwiek anty-wirusa uzywasz i przetestuj - niektorym ludziom na forum blokowaly dostep do serwera.
Jezeli to nie podziala, to sciagnij "nowy" klient dla pewnosci stad

Hello there, I have the same prolem as you...
I downloaded another louncher and paste it in the game folder but It doesen´t work
can someone please reply becouse I´m trying all day long...

Ive had that same problem but when I reloaded the game it worked so plz try that and hope it works
