Newbie "dps" AM question

Hi guys, do you know the fort weapon dmg proc can proc on AM dots? And is it true dmg?

No (all procs only trigger from direct hit e.g. not Dot or hot, except when specifically made to proc by one).
And no, only morales do true damage, if the dmg type is not mentioned assume it's the class' normal dmg type (e.g. spirit for AM) or physical.
In this case the proc mentions Spirit dmg.
